Building Surveyor for Commercial Building Inspections
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for aCommercial Building Surveyor (Inspections)to join the Sydney team.
This is asite-focused role, working across a range ofcommercial projects, carrying out inspections and ensuring compliance throughout the construction lifecycle
The position is ideally suited to someone who enjoys beingon-siteand working closely with builders, contractors, and stakeholders.
The role will involve:
Conductingon-site inspectionsacross commercial projects
Ensuring compliance with theNCC and relevant legislation
Working closely with builders and project teams
Reporting on compliance and providing practical guidance
Supporting the certification process through inspection stages
ABOUT YOU
Experience incommercial building surveying (essential)
Licensed Building Surveyor (NSW)preferred, OR working towards
Strong knowledge of theNCC and relevant legislation
Comfortable working in asite-based setting




Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders on-site
Practical, solutions-focused mindset
