About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll empower individuals with disabilities to live more independently, develop daily living skills, and participate actively in their community.
You'll work closely with participants and families to deliver high‐quality, consistent support.
Key Responsibilities
Personal careand daily living assistance
Domestic supportincluding meal prep and household tasks
Community participationand engagement in activities
Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with coordinators and families
Upholding dignity, safety, and respect at all times
What We're Looking For
Experience in disability or community support (preferred)
Certificate lll in Disability or equivalent experience
Genuine passion for supporting others
Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach
Strong communication skills
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
