A well-established engineering company within the Illawarra has an immediate need for 2 Qualified and experienced Welders for ongoing work for a few weeks.

They service all levels of steel fabrication and welding, problem solving & carrying out the necessary engineering to develop certified products for the mining, General manufacturing, and engineering industries.

Tasks & responsibilities

Fabricate & weld components using GMAW (Mig) that comply with the client's specification, drawings & Australian Standards.

Proactive, with a strong work ethic with a can-do attitude.

Ability to work well in a team setting & unsupervised.

Adhere to safe work practices.

Participate in Toolbox and Safety meetings.

Completion of sign off documentation as required.

Maintain a secure, clean, and healthy work setting.

Qualifications & experience

Mig welding Experience required

Experience operating an overhead crane (an advantage but not essential)
