The Australian Clay Target Association Ltd (ACTA), the national governing body for clay target shooting in Australia, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Finance & Administration Officer to join its Head Office team in Wagga Wagga.

This diverse position combines bookkeeping, general administration and executive support to the Executive Officer and Chairman.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Completing bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Assisting with budgets and audit documentation
Coordinating correspondence, meetings and schedules
Assist in preparing Board papers, agendas and minutes
Supporting ACTA committees, programs and operational activities
Liaising with clubs, state associations and external providers





Applicants should have proven bookkeeping or finance experience, proficiency in Xero and/or MYOB, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a small team.

Experience supporting executives or Boards, or working within a sporting or not-for-profit organisation, would be advantageous.
