West HQ, hosting CHU Restaurant by China Doll, seeks a skilled Wok Chef to lead the wok section within a fast-paced, high-standards kitchen workplace. You will ensure exact execution of Asian-inspired dishes, maintain mise en place discipline, and drive service efficiency.

You should bring at least 3 years of Chef de Partie or Wok Chef experience in premium settings, solid wok skills, and a cooperative brigade mindset. Availability across nights and weekends is expected.
