Experience is valued, but attitude and work ethic are just as significant. Training will be provided for the right applicant.

Skills & Experience – Highly Regarded
Experience operating excavators and plant under 14 tonnes, particularly on general hire or builder‑style works
HR Licence
Other plant tickets
Experience in plumbing or pipelaying excavations
Previous experience in a similar role

The Role

As an Excavator Operator, your responsibilities will include:
Operating excavators, skid steers, tippers and other plant
Completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard
Communicating clearly with customers
Daily pre-starts and basic machine maintenance
Weekly toolbox talks and team meetings
Working safely with strong attention to detail
Attending training and professional development sessions
