The Role

You'll manage both projects simultaneously, working closely with executive sponsors, project boards and external vendors to ensure delivery remains on track and governance milestones are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead delivery of two enterprise business transformation projects
Take ownership of projects transitioning from planning into execution
Lead governance, executive reporting, steering committees and project board activities
Prepare project plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance artefacts
Coordinate delivery across multiple interconnected workstreams
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and advantages
Manage vendor engagement throughout the remaining planning and delivery phases
Work closely with executive sponsors and senior business leaders
Navigate both formal project governance and BAU delivery frameworks
Align project outcomes with broader organisational transformation initiatives

About You





You'll be an experienced Project Manager with a background delivering complex business transformation programs within large organisations.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience across:
Leadership, culture or organisational capability initiatives
HR, people or workforce transformation programs
Workplace health and safety projects
Enterprise business transformation
Executive governance, steering committees and PMO settings
Multi workstream program delivery
Government or other highly regulated organisations

You’ll be comfortable taking over projects already in flight, working through ambiguity, balancing project and BAU activities, and confidently partnering with senior executives to provide recommendations, manage risks and keep delivery moving.
