As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Second In Charge to assist our Retail Manager to lead our team to success.
The Role:
Position: Second In Charge
Location: Priceline Pharmacy George Street
Working Hours: 38
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Proposed Roster: Monday to Friday - a mixture of opening and closing shifts and must be available to work between 7am - 6pm.
Key Responsibilities:




Delivering exceptional customer service and managing customer queries
Assisting the Retail Manager in Leading, training, and mentoring the retail team
Maintaining compliance with company policies and pharmacy regulations
Ensuring high standards of stock presentation, inventory accuracy, and merchandising
Identifying and addressing stock discrepancies or operational issues
Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment (OHS compliance)
Driving a positive, inclusive, and cooperative team culture
Skills and Attributes:
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage staffing issues and underperformance with professionalism
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and confident using retail software systems
Passionate about health, beauty, and customer care
Physical Requirements:
Standing for extended periods
Repetitive movement and manual handling of stock
Using hands to operate POS systems, manage stock, and perform merchandising tasks
NOTE: This pharmacy is administration and receivership management.
