RAATSIC isseekingan experienced and strategic leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Continuous Quality Improvement, Compliance & WHS Manager.
About the Role
Lead organisational accreditation, risk management, compliance,governanceand WHS functions while supporting continuous improvement across all programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality assurance, accreditation and audit activities including HSQF compliance.
Manage organisational compliance,governanceand risk frameworks.
Oversee workplace health and safety systems.
Develop andmaintainpolicies,proceduresand document control frameworks.




Provide strategic advice and reporting to the CEO and Board.
Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Manage and develop staff within the compliance andqualityfunction.
About You
Significant experiencein quality, compliance, governance,accreditationor risk management.
Robust understanding of WHS and regulatory obligations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Ability to drive organisational improvement and change.
Commitment to culturally safe practice.
