Our Client:
Our client is a franchise office of one of Australia's leading brands.

This Upper North Shore team have an exciting vacancy due to recent promotion internally.
Duties:
Attend to leasing and tenant enquiries via phone and email
Uploading all vacant properties to websites and portals
Conduct inspections including arranging access and preparing open packs
Undertake reference checks and process applications
Provide inspection feedback to the Property Management team
Carryout Ingoing inspection and complete condition reports
Specific requirements:
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or have completed the course)




Have a car & drivers licence
Knowledge of the Hornsby / Upper North Shore area preferred
Be customer service focused and have a great attitude
