About the Role
As a Property Care Specialist, you'll work across a range of commercial premises and high-quality Airbnb properties, ensuring every space is professionally presented and guest ready.
Your responsibilities will include:
Commercial cleaning
Airbnb changeover cleaning
Bed making and linen changes
Restocking guest consumables
Following detailed cleaning checklists
Completing quality assurance photos
Reporting maintenance issues when identified
Working independently and within a team
What We're Looking For
We are seeking applicants who have:
Previous professional cleaning experience (essential)
Exceptional attention to detail
High personal standards and pride in their work
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work independently without supervision




Essential Requirements
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Australian working rights
Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends
