About the Position:
An opportunity currently exists for Property Analyst to join their team in a key role.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and reporting data through to valuers and internal management team
Maintaining relationships with valuers and external referral partners
Maintaining valuation spreadsheets and CRM
Attend meetings on site for various projects and developments
Stay abreast across market conditions and industry relevant information to present to relevant sales and management teams
Writing reports and researching
What we're looking for:
Relevant Tertiary qualifications
2 - 5 years Property Valuation experience or similar
Experience within the residential property, development or real estate essential
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
Highly organised and detail orientated
Exceptional presentation
