As theFulfilment Centre Manager, you will oversee all operational activities at the Thornton Fulfilment Centre, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational, financial, and customer service targets are consistently achieved.
About You
Located in or near Thornton
Prior experience in sales, distribution, or customer service
Proven leadership experience (essential)
Experience using Microsoft Suite and SAP
Ability to work full-time from the Thornton site (Mon–Fri, 6am–3pm, with additional hours as required)
What You Will Need
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights – no visa sponsorship offered
Valid Police Check
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
Ability and willingness to undertake manual handling
Successful completion of pre-employment medical

About the Role
As theFulfilment Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site,
including people leadership, financial outcomes, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support trade store and fulfilment centre personnel
Build a productive and cooperative team culture focused on customer service and sales KPI achievement
Ensure financial compliance and due diligence at site level
Manage site profit and loss, implementing strategies to drive improvement where required
Take full accountability for site inventory management
Provide management with relevant industry and market intelligence
Manage and execute sales and promotional activities at the site
Oversee transport resources to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable delivery service
