The Opportunity
As the Business Development Manager,



you will be responsible for driving portfolio growth across the Sunshine Coast by identifying and securing new management opportunities while building long-term relationships with landlords and referral partners.
Identifying and capitalising on new residential business opportunities within the rental market
Building and nurturing strongrelationships with prospective landlords
Securing new managements and growing the rent roll - handing to the PM team
Developing and maintaining a strong database of referral partners and future clients
Providing expert advice on property management and QLD legislation
Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity
Delivering exceptional customer service and client experiences
Facilitating a seamless handover of new managements to the Property Management team
Working closely with the sales team to maximise referral opportunities
About You
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
Professional presentation and a genuine passion for customer service
