We're looking for a Venue Manager - Bar to lead one of the most exciting bar experiences on the Gold Coast. Someone who understands atmosphere as much as operations. A natural host with sharp instincts, high standards and a genuine love for people, culture and nightlife.
You'll lead from the floor - setting the tone, building the team, driving service and creating nights guests talk about long after they leave.
What you'll do
Lead daily venue operations with confidence and energy
Build a culture that feels warm, polished and creatively driven
Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing bar team
Own the guest experience from first pour to final goodbye
Drive financial performance, labour management and venue targets
Work closely with culinary, marketing and events teams to create experiences that feel distinctly ANdAZ
Keep the venue energetic,
relevant and connected to local culture
