Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and life‑saving interventions.
Mentor registrars and residents, fostering a thriving learning setting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive excellence in patient‑centred care.
Engage in teaching and research through the University of Queensland.
Contribute to clinical governance, innovation, and service improvements.

What You’ll Bring




Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) or equivalent
Current registration with AHPRA (Specialist)
Demonstrated expertise in Critical Care/ICU
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
Commitment to clinical governance, education, and research
