Our Client is an iconic residential property Developer and Builder, operating across the eastern seaboard of Australia.

Their projects include Apartments complexes, Houses and townhouses.

This Electrical Team Leader role will be responsible for the productivity of our Client's team of approximately 20 Qualified Electricians and Apprentices. The Electrical team leader will also need to be a licensed electrician.

You will be very experienced in the Electrical Trade and be able to demonstrate productive trade allocation and materials sourcing & distribution.

Your will have substantial experience with Residential recent builds, both Stand alone dwellings and apartments.

You have recent experience with Class 2 Buildings and the requisite ITP's etc.

You are an exceptional negotiator with Trades and Suppliers with a proven track record of getting results.

Your team leadership and direction will be the cornerstone to your success.

This is a agile role with many moving parts and lots of communication with Stakeholders.
