We are looking for a motivated retail qualified who is passionate about customer service, enjoys leading a team and who will help drive the future success of a well-known local business.
About the Role
Managing day-to-day store operations
Driving sales and achieving business targets
Stock management and merchandising
Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
Leading and motivating the store team
About You
Proven retail management or supervisory experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
A positive,



hands-on approach
The ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Experience in hardware, building supplies or trade retail will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
