Grand Pacific Health is hiring a Peer Worker Suicide Prevention for the Hornsby Universal Aftercare program in the North Sydney area.
This part time, fixed-term role (30 hours/week) runs until 30 June ****, based in North Sydney.
You will support individuals post-crisis, building wellbeing plans and providing group and one-to-one services in partnership with the hub teams.
Applicants should hold a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work and have direct lived experience of suicidal crisis and
