ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef to join our close-knit team on part time basis at our superb venue Breakers Country Club in Wamberal, NSW!

As a Chef, your role will consist of preparing and cooking a variety of dining options whilst maintaining the highest standards and executing high quality, wholesome and well-presented meals for our customers to ensure that we continue to create memorable experiences.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:
Manage effective and high quality food preparation




Maintain presentation and consistency of food served
Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals
Monitoring of stock levels and complete stock rotations
Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
Previous experience working in a high paced Kitchen
Hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Hold a Food Handling Certificate
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, night, weekends and public holidays
