We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a Western Sydney based industrial portfolio on a parental leave contract from August **** to May ****.
This role is ideal for someone confident stepping into an established portfolio and delivering strong outcomes from day one.
Key responsibilities
Full property management of an industrial portfolio
Tenant relationship management and issue resolution
Budgeting, forecasting, outgoings and financial reporting
Lease management, renewals and coordination with leasing teams
Working closely with facilities and capital works teams
Preparing reports and insights for key stakeholders
What you bring
Proven experience in industrial property management
Solid financial capability and attention to detail




Confident stakeholder and tenant engagement skills
Ability to operate independently and hit the ground running
Practical, solutions focused approach
