Due to continued growth across our national network, we're looking for multiple Field Service Technicians across our Light and Heavy Forklift teams. You'll play a key role in keeping our customers operating by delivering expert servicing, diagnostics and repairs across a range of premium forklift equipment.

The Opportunity
As a Field Service Technician, you'll work independently across your region, providing expert servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs to a wide range of forklift equipment.
You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same,
working with customers across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, construction and industrial sectors.
Whether you're servicing a single machine or diagnosing a complex fault, you'll be supported by a national team of experienced technicians, technical specialists and industry-leading OEM partners.
About You
We're looking for technicians who take pride in their workmanship, enjoy solving problems and are committed to delivering quality service for our customers.
A trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle, Diesel, Automotive, Mobile Plant or a related mechanical field
Experience servicing forklifts, heavy vehicles, mobile plant, trucks or industrial equipment
Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills
The ability to fault-find and complete repairs independently
A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
A commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship
A current Australian Driver's Licence
Forklift experience is highly regarded, however we welcome applications from skilled mechanics looking to move into the forklift industry. Full OEM training and support will be provided.
Your Responsibilities
As part of our Field Service team, you'll:
Service and maintain customer forklifts across your allocated region
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
Respond to customer breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime
Complete service reports and documentation accurately using mobile technology
Build strong customer relationships through professional service
Maintain a safe and organised work environment
Work collaboratively with the wider service team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
