About you:
A relevant Bachelor's Degree and Chartered status.
Strong knowledge of the relevant codes and Australian standards.
Adept at leading a team of engineers and drafters.
Highly developed communication skills.
Skilled with Autocad, Revit - detailing, documenting and structural analysis.
Analytical and team-oriented.
Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
Professional, reliable and confident.
What you will be doing:
Lead the structural design and documentation of commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
Manage structural engineering projects from initial concept through to construction and completion.
Prepare and review structural calculations,



engineering reports, specifications, drawings, and construction documentation.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to the structural engineering team.
Attend client meetings, design coordination meetings and construction meetings.
Identify design risks and provide practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.
Other tasks as defined by business needs.
