Arcare is seeking a Client Service Manager to drive sales and admissions, maximise occupancy and RADs while supporting the State Manager. You will conduct tours, negotiate financial outcomes with families, prepare resident agreements and liaise with residence managers to present homes at the highest standard.
You will build relationships with hospitals and community organisations, maintain Salesforce CRM, and report activities to the Queensland State Manager. Must hold Australian working rights.
