We are seeking an experienced and reliable Company Mechanic to join our team based in Blacktown NSW.
This is a full time role responsible for maintaining and servicing a fleet of approximately 40 company vehicles to ensure they remain safe, compliant, and operational.
About the Role
Reporting directly to management, your responsibilities will include:
Servicing and maintaining company vehicles
Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out repairs
Conducting preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Managing vehicle registrations, servicing schedules, and records
Coordinating external repairs when required
Ensuring workshop cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
Minimising vehicle downtime across the fleet
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualified mechanic certification
Previous experience working on fleet vehicles
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Good communication and organisational skills
Current Australian driver's licence
