Fox and Anchor pty ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Heavy vehicle diesel mechanic to join our team in Ormeau, QLD. This full-time/ part time/casual role will involve the repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles, ensuring they are kept in prime operating condition. You will be part of a dynamic team working on a variety of trucks, trailers and other commercial vehicles.

What you'll be doing
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other major components on heavy vehicles
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and wheel alignments
Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and fix mechanical issues
Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably on heavy commercial vehicles
Solid problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
