The Opportunity
Join the Peregian Digital Hub and play a key role in supporting a thriving digital and innovation community. In this varied and engaging role, you'll help coordinate programs, events and member services while contributing to initiatives that support local businesses, entrepreneurs and the technology sector.
Vacancy Details
Position Status - Part-Time 4 days per week
Employee Type - Temporary to 15 August ****

Classification - Qld LGIA (Stream A) - State ****, Division 2, Section 1 - Administrative, Clerical, Technical, Professional, Community Service, Supervisory and Managerial Services
Position Remuneration - LGOA Level 4
$74,570 base annual salary [pro-rata]
$84,643 Total Remuneration Package which is based on a part-time employee and inclusive of 12% Employer superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.

About You
You're an organised and proactive professional who enjoys bringing people, programs and projects together. With experience in administration, program coordination, events or stakeholder support, you thrive in a dynamic environment, build solid relationships and take pride in delivering exceptional customer and member experiences.
Key Responsibilities




Coordinate and support the delivery of Digital Hub programs, workshops, events and industry initiatives
Manage day-to-day Hub operations, including member services, facilities readiness and administrative processes
Maintain accurate program, event, grant and operational records and reporting requirements
Build positive relationships with members, partners, suppliers and stakeholders to support successful outcomes
Skills and Experience
Experience in project coordination, program support, event management or community/industry program delivery
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Well-developed administrative, organisational and record management capabilities
Experience using digital systems, databases, spreadsheets and collaboration tools
Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills
An interest in technology, innovation, startups, AI or local industry development
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in business administration, project coordination, event management, community development, communications, technology or a related field.
Current C Class driver licence
Blue Card or ability to obtain one (desirable)
