As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced
Dispatch Coordinator
to join their warehouse operations team on a
temporary to permanent basis
.

About the Role
Reporting to the warehouse leadership team, the Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily dispatch operations, ensuring deliveries are scheduled accurately, customer requirements are met, and warehouse activities run efficiently.
Working closely with warehouse teams, transport providers, suppliers, drivers and delivery/install teams, you will manage a high-volume dispatch function servicing customers across NSW and ACT.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily inbound and outbound freight movements
Schedule customer deliveries and transport bookings to meet deadlines
Liaise with transport providers, drivers, suppliers, warehouse teams and customers
Process customer orders and warehouse pick lists through JD Edwards (JDE)
Maintain accurate ERP records and dispatch documentation
Prepare manifests, delivery paperwork and shipping documentation
Monitor stock discrepancies and elevate issues where required
Coordinate delivery runs and support efficient vehicle loading
Manage customer delivery updates and resolve scheduling issues
Complete dispatch reporting, KPI tracking and logistics administration
Support invoice reconciliation and warehouse administration
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as new systems are introduced
About You
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in warehouse administration, dispatch, logistics coordination or a similar role
Experience working within a warehouse, distribution or transport workplace
Confidence using ERP systems, WMS or customer portals (JDE experience highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
7:00am – 3:30pm
Flexibility required for occasional 6:00am starts and overtime when required
