As we continue to expand our footprint across the Central Coast, we are looking for a Leasing & Assistant New Client Consultant with a strong customer service background to support our Business Development team and deliver an exceptional experience to new and prospective clients.
This full time role, Monday to Saturday with a day in lieu, is ideal for someone looking to build a long term career in real estate while working within a supportive, high performing team with clear opportunities for growth.
Working closely with our team, you will assist with many aspects of the new business process;
Conduct open homes and private inspections
Manage tenant enquiries and guide applicants through the leasing process
Coordinate the listed to leased process, including preparing lease documentation
Support Business Development Managers with rental appraisals, prospecting activities and new managements




Follow up enquiries and assist in converting prospective clients into new managements
Build strong relationships with prospective tenants, landlords, investors and referral partners
Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and legislation
Monitor local rental market activity and provide feedback
Build the agency's reputation as a trusted, professional and client-focused business
The ideal candidate for the role of Leasing & Assistant Recent Client Consultant will be a people person with strong communication skills, excellent organisation and a genuine passion for customer service. In particular, you will have:
Experience in Sales, Property Management, Leasing or a strong customer service background
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
A driven, energetic, and results-focused mindset - you thrive on achieving targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Immaculate presentation and a professional, client-first approach
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Strong presentation skills and confidence in conducting rental assessments
The ability to work independently and manage a growing pipeline
