Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering efforts and study the importance of the business case and emit project priority levelUnderstanding the needs of multiple stakeholders and identifying the current and future-state business processesHelping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the futureCreating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specificationsFacilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solutionWork with technical team to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications including UX/UI, Process Flow, BusinessLiaise with respective departments to define and create Rule, Data Flow, Network Diagram, System Architecture, Database, Structure, Security Compliancy, etc.Work with business departments to collect/write test cases before first product release is doneDelivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverablesAssist Development Team to make sure the development is met the requirementAssist business in testing the delivered product and link to the development team for any discrepanciesEstablish project review to make sure everyone learns from the project experienceResponsible as Project Manager to drive project successfulResponsible as Technical Leader to lead and drive all related technical aspectsStrictly follow the project management framework and methodology;Control documents in each project milestone;Project Kick-Off: Assists IT Project Management to organize the kick-off and prepare the related executive presentation to introduce important project items such as team, plan, budget and risk;Schedule: Coordinate with stakeholder to create a project timeline;Milestones: Ensure the successful completion of required deliverables/milestones;Reporting: Reports regularly to Head of IT Project Management about project status and progress.

Qualification And Experiences:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or higherA minimum of database design, development and administration experienceA minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years' experience in Project ManagementExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and a proven track recordLeadership skill and ability to manage multiple teamsGood verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and EnglishAbility to analyses business requirements and functional requirementsAbility to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsAbility to work effectively as a team member and independentlyExperience in Financial Institute is a plusExperience in Core Banking System (T24) is a plusExperience in Loan Origination System is a plusExperience in program administration, operating procedures, oversight and monitoringGood integrity, positive attitude, helpful and high commitment, competence and motivationA technical knowledge of IT comprehension is required Must be able to learn and research for new technologiesGood in communication across departments and with external vendorsWilling to work under pressureAbility to work as a team or independentlyCreative, Cutting-edge and flexible.
