We are a growing importer and distributor of food packaging products, supplying customers across Australia. With warehouses located nationwide, we are committed to delivering quality products and outstanding customer service.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day operations, ensuring effective coordination between the office, warehouse, suppliers, and customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, leading teams, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the business
Supervise warehouse operations and office administration
Lead and support the warehouse team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved
Coordinate inventory management, stock replenishment and stock accuracy
Oversee inbound shipments and deliveries
Work closely with the purchasing, sales and customer service teams
Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Develop and implement SOPs and operational procedures
Investigate and resolve operational issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS requirements and quality standards
Support inventory planning and forecasting activities
About You




Previous experience in an operations Supervisor or Operations Manager role
Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, importing or manufacturing
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, MYOB or similar) is highly regarded
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Holds a valid forklift licence.
Previous experience managing a warehouse and operations team
Experience in the food packaging, FMCG or distribution industry
Inventory and supply chain management experience
Continuous improvement and process optimisation
Import and logistics experience
