Riva, SRG Hospitality's waterfront venue in Rose Bay, is hiring. We are building the opening team for a Mediterranean-leaning, produce-driven dining destination.
You will run your own section, know the menu inside out, handle allergens with precision, master the wine and cocktail list, and ensure your station is prepared at every shift.
