Casual Cert III and Diploma Educators - North Ryde
We are currently seeking skilled casual Educators to join the team at our Early Childhood service in North Ryde, NSW!

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
Inclusive of others, with a positive and collaborative attitude
Motivated to build respectful and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children and the wider community while maintaining professional boundaries
Dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and willingness to grow with the service
Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
Open to our unique and innovative approach to programming and practice
Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at own cost).
Valid NSW Working with Children Check
Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including child safeguarding responsibilities
Available for casual work within service operational days and hours (Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 6pm), with flexibility as required
Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector,



ideally across multiple age groups or open to working with any age group
ACECQA-approved Certificate III and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards either qualification)
Current Food Safety training, with a certificate to be provided*
Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for 'Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk', with evidence to be provided*
Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided*
* To be completed prior to your first working shift.
