About the Role
As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Booking vehicle service appointments over the phone
Conducting follow-up calls for our Sales and Service departments
Assigning customer enquiries and tasks to the appropriate departments
Providing customers with information about our products, services, and guest benefit programs
Maintaining accurate customer records and database information
Delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient experience with every interaction
About You
To be successful in this role,



you will have:
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and customer databases
Experience within the automotive industry (highly regarded but not essential)
A positive attitude and genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
