APM is seeking an Aged Care Comprehensive Assessor to support older Australians in the Cairns region. You will travel daily, conducting comprehensive assessments and connecting clients with the right services to maximise independence and quality of life.
This agile, community-based role involves meeting clients where they are, delivering support when needed most, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team. AHPRA registration and a valid driver's licence are essential.
