Our helpdesk is an integral part of the business, with a long history of achieving goals, exceeding expectations, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced workplace.

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by:
Managing inbound calls and emails from clients and trades.
Logging, scheduling, and coordinating work orders from initiation through to completion.
Providing proactive and accurate updates to clients regarding the status and progress of their service requests.




Liaising with trades, clients, and internal teams to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timeframes.
Maintaining accurate records across internal and client systems and portals.
Monitoring job progress and resolving issues to achieve positive outcomes.
Supporting the team with general administrative and service coordination duties.

Ideal Candidates would have:
Strong customer service focus while managing competing demands
High attention to detail
Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a rapid-paced environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
