Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a proactive Business Support Officer to work closely with the General Manager and ensure key business targets and processes are tracked and delivered.

About the role:

As our Business Support Officer, you’ll be highly organised, confident in coordinating people and workflows, and able to bring structure to a rapid‑moving environment. It’s a trusted role with wide-ranging and meaningful responsibilities. You will also be responsible for:

Acting as a key point of coordination between the General Manager and internal stakeholders across sales, operations, logistics and support functions

Following up agreed actions, reports and deliverables to ensure timelines are met and priorities are progressed

Collating, reviewing and summarising information from across the business, highlighting key issues, risks or matters requiring escalation





Assisting with the preparation of regular management reporting

Supporting business and operational projects, helping track progress and maintain accountability

Managing schedules, meetings workflows and external priorities

Providing general business support and coordination as required in a trusted, confidential capacity

About you:

Proven experience in an administration, office management or business support role

High attention to detail and robust document management capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Confident following up senior stakeholders and comfortable driving outcomes

Able to interpret information and identify what matters, not just pass it on

Self-directed, reliable and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
