We are seeking a full-time Medical Imaging Receptionist to join our team at Athena Specialist Ultrasound. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently completing the administrative duties of our medical imaging clinic. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Start: Immediate

Full time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What you’ll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and skilled manner
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services
Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised
Providing administrative support to the medical imaging team

What we’re looking for
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Medical Imaging background
Robust customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm, welcoming environment for patients




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
A friendly, professional and adaptable approach to your work
A genuine interest in the healthcare industry, in particular women's health and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
