The Community Health and Therapy Services at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
Deliver high level Occupational Therapy clinical services to consumers of Community Health and Therapy Services (CHATS), including outreach to regional areas, as determined through the Hospital and Health Services Plan and priorities.
About the Team
Community Health and Therapy Services (CHATS) is a high performing team that plays a vital role in the continuum of care for consumers at discharge from acute care, through to returning home.
CHATS encompasses 3 primary service streams: Transition Care Program (TCP), Community Based Rehabilitation Team (CBRT), and Commonwealth Home Support Programs (CHSP).
