We are currently looking for a Trainer to join our Sydney office-based service delivery team.
Contracted role specialised in training and assessing Certificate IV in Ageing Support and Leisure and Health programs.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Facilitate training and support sessions
Mark assessments and update student training records
Continuously develop, update and improve learning resources for respective courses
Participate in assessment review and evaluation against competency standards
Comply with organisational requirements for the provision of relevant feedback to students.
Comply with all company lawful and reasonable directions.
Skills and experience
To be considered for this role, you must hold:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****); and
Certificate IV in Ageing or Disability or higher.
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
Minimum skills and experience requirements




3 years experience in delivering online & face to face training services to domestic students;
a work history that demonstrates current industry skills that can be verified
Instructional design skills and experience will be highly beneficial
Current knowledge and skills in unpacking training package and Unit of Competency.
