Job Description

As a Developer Programmer, you will collaborate with forward-thinking clients to bring their ideas and innovations to life across local and global markets. This role requires solid technical expertise in ICT, along with a solid grasp of up-to-date programming best practices and design patterns.

Responsibilities
Assisting with the maintenance and development of a range of business systems, including both web and Windows-based platforms
Using varied development tools and languages including, but not limited to: PowerBuilder, .NET, .NET Core, SQL, JavaScript, PHP, Visual Studio, and Java
Coding and testing system changes for in-house software programmes
Working with various open-source technologies
Consulting with the system development/IT manager to develop appropriate technical solutions and documentation

Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,



Software Engineering, or a related field with a robust programming component is highly desirable
Good understanding of UX principles
Familiarity with C#, SQL, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery, with a willingness to learn PowerBuilder
Working knowledge of Git and Docker would be desirable
High aptitude for producing quick, clean code
Demonstrated willingness to learn and improve continuously
Strong administrative skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being able to operate independently when appropriate

Salary: $70,000 to $120,000 per year + Super
