No optical experience? No problem. If you bring robust customer service skills, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional front desk experience
Processing sales, EFTPOS, HICAPS and basic banking transactions
Assisting customers in selecting frames with confidence and style guidance
Learning our systems and developing problem-solving skills on the job
Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations
What We’re Looking For
A genuine passion for customer service and helping people
A bright, curious mind with strong communication skills
Confidence with basic maths and attention to detail
An eye for style and interest in fashion or design (a bonus, not essential)
Someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a busy workplace
