Your Day Will Include
Managing your own portfolio from end to end
Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Coordinating maintenance and contractors
Building robust relationships with landlords and tenants
Processing lease renewals and rent reviews
Monitoring rental arrears
Attending NCAT when required
Ensuring compliance with NSW legislation

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in Property Management, Assistant Property Management or Leasing
Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude and genuine desire to build a long-term career
Ability to manage your workload and provide exceptional customer service
