As part of the Site Planning Team, you will be responsible for coordinating property inspections across Australia, ensuring appointments are booked efficiently while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

You'll be the link between our clients, tenants, property managers and inspectors, making sure inspections run smoothly from booking through to completion.

Your day will include
Coordinating property inspection appointments
Speaking with clients, tenants and property managers by phone, email and SMS
Managing inspection calendars and schedules
Following up outstanding bookings and confirmations
Entering and maintaining accurate information in our CRM
Assisting with general administration duties
Supporting other departments when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and enjoys planning ahead
Confident speaking on the phone
Friendly, skilled and customer-focused




A robust communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Comfortable using computers and learning recent systems
Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Proactive and enjoys finding solutions
A positive team player who enjoys helping others

Previous experience in customer service, administration or scheduling would be highly regarded but is not essential.
