Connect Search and Selection is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a large mining operation in Brisbane. The role is site-based with a ******* roster and FIFO from Brisbane, supporting around 500 employees.
You will be a trusted HR advisor to site leaders, operating with autonomy and partnering across production, maintenance, technical services and site functions. This is not a desk-based HR role, and you will drive practical HR initiatives on site.
