About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in an administration, business support or ICT support role, ideally within local government, government or a corporate environment.
Proven procurement administration experience, including obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, processing invoices and supporting contract administration.
Strong administrative skills, including preparing reports, briefing notes, presentations, correspondence and meeting minutes.
Experience using document management systems (e.g. iShare, TRIM or similar) and maintaining accurate records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience supporting budgets,



maintaining databases or asset registers, and contributing to process improvements.
Robust attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy ICT team.
DesirablePrevious Local Government or Public Sector experience.
Experience supporting an ICT team.
Knowledge of TechnologyOne, iShare, TRIM or ITIL principles.
