Task & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Plan and coordinate advertising, promotional, and branding campaigns across digital and traditional media.
Manage digital marketing activities, including website content, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Develop engaging marketing content, brochures, promotional materials, newsletters, and product information.
Coordinate online advertising campaigns,



including Google Ads and social media advertising where applicable.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing outcomes, return on investment (ROI), and customer engagement.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Assist in developing pricing, promotional, and product positioning strategies.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer communications.
Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, designers, and media partners where required.
Manage marketing budgets and recommend improvements to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in marketing activities and customer engagement.
Qualification & Experience
Essential Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or business development.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.




Minimum of Three year of relevant full-time experience analysing marketing performance and interpreting campaign data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management, organisational, and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
Desirable Experience within retail, home improvement, interior design, manufacturing, or construction-related industries.
Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Graphic design or content creation experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Experience managing e-commerce or website content.
Understanding of customer relationship management and lead generation strategies.
