Duties
With millions spent in advertising per annum, generating thousands of enquiries a week to be reached back out to, our client is on the lookout for a highly experienced and driven sales leader to manage the team from both a sales and operational perspective.
Duties will include:
Effectively managing ******* staff across NSW and VIC
Facilitating 1:1 coaching including demonstrating sales calls and roleplays
"Floor management" including answering questions, interjecting and being available for real-time support
Ensuring dials and talk time KPI's are achievedReview all key-metrics and system improving where required
Providing regular reports to the Head of Sales and Directors
Specific requirements
To be selected for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience in managing a call centre of 20+ staff (ideally within a property-related industry – investment, finance, banking etc)
Able to attend a CBD office 5 days a week (with 1 Saturday a month)
Comfortable implementing ideas and directives from upper management
Be able to maintain a customer-service mentality in a high-volume environment
