Mamu Health Services Ltd values respect, integrity, and continuous improvement in all aspects of its operations, creating a supportive environment for both clients and staff.Role Description This full-time fixed term Human Resources position at Mamu Health Services Ltd is a hybrid role based in Innisfail, QLD, with flexibility for some work from home.
The role involves managing daily HR operations, including supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate employee records.
The HR skilled will assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organizational standards.
They will coordinate employee benefits and support performance management, training, and development initiatives.




The role also includes providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, promoting positive workplace culture, and contributing to staff wellbeing and engagement activities.Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing day-to-day HR functions.Knowledge of HR Policies and relevant employment legislation, with the ability to develop, interpret, and apply policies in practice.Experience managing Employee Benefits and related programs, including leave, compensation, and wellbeing initiatives.Skills in Personnel Management, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively across teams.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Proficiency with HR information systems and common office software; experience in a health or community services setting is an advantage.
