Sci-Fleet Motors is a family-owned business that has been servicing South East QLD for over 40 years. Employing over 550 staff, Sci-Fleet has multiple Toyota, Lexus and Hino dealerships spanning across South East QLD which look after all aspects of motoring including Parts, Service, Finance and Insurance.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate person to join our friendly Toyota team as a Cadet Valuer/Buyer. We believe that our success is attributed to our staff and the assurances they provide to our guests.

We are looking for anyone with a keen eye for vehicles and a high attention to detail. This is a fantastic and rare opportunity, and would suit you if you have any experience or genuine interest in the automotive field.

This role can be based at any of our Sci-Fleet Toyota Dealerships (Kedron, Brendale and Taringa)!

What will you be doing?
Assessing vehicles that are brought in to the dealerships by our guests
Valuation and appraisal of used vehicles
Purchasing vehicles on behalf of the company
Ensuring wholesale profits are met
Sourcing high quality stock for our retail departments
Supporting the daily operation of the department
Coordinating reconditioning and presentation of used vehicle stock





What makes you a positive fit for this role?
An eye for, and interest in vehicle valuation/purchasing
General understanding of the automotive industry
A motivated and hard-working attitude and willingness to learn
Demonstrated high level of customer service skills
Previous experience working in the automotive industry (desired but not mandatory)
The ability to travel outside of Brisbane to value and purchase vehicles
